Rude store manager

I would like to write a review on the 1 Dewent road store in tonbridge. The man that runs the store is rude and patronising. Today I went into the store to pay for goods when my card did not work. I found out my card was refused by my bank. But the man that runs the store decided to try and have a go at me infront of a shop full of people. starting on me like I am a dumb ass for not having the money on my card to pay. When it was refused because of a banking error. The manager in this store talks to his customers like we are thick.
